FABRIC GUIDE
High quality, comfortable fabrics have been a part of our heritage since 1982. We research and develop in close collaboration with printers to achieve superior printability.
COMBED RING-SPUN
Cotton fibers are combed to remove impurities and short fibers before being spun into yarn. This process creates a smoother, finer yarn, resulting in a softer and more durable fabric. The smoother surface of combed ring-spun cotton allows for better ink penetration and adhesion, resulting in clearer and more vibrant prints.
TIGHTLY KNIT
Our fabric is woven with closely spaced yarns, resulting in a denser and more durable material. A tight knit provides a smooth surface for embellishment and ensures the designs will appear crisp, without distortion or bleeding. Tightly knit fabrics also keep their shape better over time, enhancing the longevity of the apparel.
SOFT WASH
The soft wash process involves a gentle chemical wash that creates a soft hand and remove loose roving fibers, all while preserving the integrity of the fabric. The result is a finished garment that has a primed surface for printing.
REACTIVE DYES
The majority of our garments are produced using reactive dyes. This ensures that when the printer is using a pretreat process that it will not result in any discoloration, loss of color, or staining. Colors will stay true.
