Customer Service Representative

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee all order processing from creation of order, through shipping to updating clients as to order status.
  • Manage and assist customers with Return Authorization requests.
  • New account setup to ensure that information entered into the ERP system is complete, accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure the Cotton Heritage customer service standard it met and maintained.
  • Monitor daily orders to research late shipping, pricing discrepancies, and back orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner by finding positive solutions.
  • Ensure that all order paperwork and supporting documents are scanned and properly stored on the ERP system on a regular basis
  • Ensure customers service is up to date and liaison between the sales team or customer and warehouse.
  • Pursue and create sales opportunities with brands, screen printers and retailers with new customers as well as existing customers
  • Develop and service clients by supplying blank apparel and quality service
  • Assist and represent Cotton Heritage during all trade shows attended

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Identifying where improvements can be made in order processing and intercompany communication
  • Assist in development of new operational efficiencies in Customer Service.
